The total 23.98 Acres land area is distributed as follows:
The North side of the Land retains the characteristics of mix-use development, distributed on four land-track sites, and varied in building types, and the size of the allocated areas required to support each project. The South side of the Land will support a mix of residential building types, such as a 20-story Garden Condominium Apartment Tower, and also mid-rise buildings including condominiums and rental apartments.
